Open: eBill Mobile
Enter: Zip code where you have WST service
Click: WST
Login: Login using the same username and password you use for the eBill website at wheatstate.com/my-ebill-account/.
If you don’t have an eBill account, it’s easy to register. Go to wheatstate.com, click on “My eBill Account” in the orange bar at the top, then click on “Create eBill Account.” You’ll need your most recent WST bill and amount due to verify your account.
