Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)* is information available to Wheat State Technologies (WST) by virtue of our relationship with you that relates to the telecommunications services you purchase from us. It includes the types of services, how you use them, and the related billing. CPNI does not include your telephone number, name, or address.

Under the CPNI rules adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for phone line customers, we may use your CPNI to offer you new services and discounts different from the WST services/plans you currently use. We will not sell, trade, or share your CPNI with any other companies.

If you don’t want us to use or share your CPNI to offer new services, special offers, or discounts please, complete the opt-out form below. You will need to reference a recent copy or image of your WST bill to get started.
