When you contact one of our customer CARE centers for assistance we may verify your identity prior to accessing your account information. You may be asked to enter your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details to allow us to fulfill your order or process your request.

Billing Information: Payment details, billing address, physical address, financial information, identity of primary/secondary account holder(s) and individual(s) given authorization to access account.

How We Use the Information
Any information we collect from you will be used to identify you, your consumer identity and your account information– these safeguards have been implemented to protect you from fraud and/or identity theft. Requests for service include a soft inquiry to the credit reporting bureaus. This inquiry is used for identity verification as part of WST’s due diligence in protecting unlawful access to WST’s network and ultimately the public network. These processes require your social security number and a state or government issued photo ID. Your identifying numbers will not be visible in WST’s billing system, but will be replaced with spacing characters to protect this information from unnecessary exposure.
We may use the information you provide us with to process your order and to send you emails or text messages to update you about your account, about your order status, service and product updates, along with any other uses to customize your experience.

In accordance with Fair Information Practice Principles, we will notify you within 7 business days should a data breach occur.
